Since I am working on becoming a “professional” blogger, I am used to receiving a few things in the mail everyday, like my kkcenterhk eyeshadow or a book to review (actually two books came in the mail today) but what I wasn’t expecting was a package from Target. It’s a Target Beauty Box. I kind of knew what it was before I opened it because back in May they had a giveaway and I received something similar. Actually I put the cosmetics bag that came with it in my May Favorites post.
As the card explains (sorry its upside down blogger keeps rotating it), because I’m a subscriber to Latina Magazine Target has sent me a bag “full” of free samples. I have a feeling that Target is trying to get an edge on the Hispanic market… Too bad I’m German American. I only subscribed to Latina Magazine because I saw it as a free subscription on HeyitsFree.
Tresemme split end remedy. Its only one oz, but I’m pretty happy because I used to use Tresemme and loved it. It says it reduces up to 80% of split ends after three uses which is great because I’ve been using my flat iron again, even though I am using Chi Iron Guard now… Review to come shortly
Pond’s Wet Cleansing Towelettes. When I first looked at these I thought they were like the simple facial wipes I did a review on, but nope. They actually seem really cool. They’re supposed to revive dull skin, and contain real clay. Which is a little weird. Actually I think this would go well with my Visibly Bright Review.
A sample of Maybelline BB Cream. I actually did a Maybelline BB Cream review a few days ago, and I love it. This sample is actually large enough for two days of product (in case you’re curious).
And… Some coupons! Which are only good at Target, but they are pretty high value which kind of makes up for it (and the fact that you can use them with a manufacturer’s coupon). Too bad the closest target is like 20 minutes away from me.
And here’s the bag it all came in.
