It’s fitness friday, and that means an update on how I’m doing but first before I get into that I wanted to show you some sports bras that I’m loving right now. Since my only real sports bra, you know the kind you don’t feel like you need to over up all the time , is from my Victoria’s Secret Haul at Christmas, I think it’s about time that I get a few new ones. Most of these are either from Lorna Jane, a fashionable fitness brand, and the very famous Nike that I’m sure everyone is familiar with.
So now for that confession I mentioned. In my first fitness friday I mentioned that I was going to be eating healthy, and not eating snacks, and for my first two weeks I did that fantastically. But this week I’ve had a little trouble. My meals are healthy, but I’ve been eating snacks in-between aren’t. I’m talking ice-cream, a whole bag of friday’s potato skins in about an hour (well over 1000 calories) and eating two lunches in a day, one at 11 or 12 and then the second at 2 or 3.
The only good thing I can say is that three days this week I’ve gone for walks in the middle of the day, for about half an hour. I’ll go to the post office, either to drop something off or pick it up. Even though it tends to be a lot hotter than I’d like to be out in, I do it instead of driving. I’m hoping that next week I’ll not only be able to continue this little bit of fitness but also go back to my original diet plan.
