My Thoughts: Of course I love a good cookbook, (take for example The Hot Bread Kitchen) so I was very happy to receive this Citrus Cookbook and test it out. I love that the recipes are divided into what citrus they use, the pictures are gorgeous, and there’s a great variety of difficulty in the recipes. Best of all everything I tried looked good! If you like Tamales you’ll like Citrus.
