Fitness Friday: Too Much Halloween Candy

 So it’s Fitness Friday, and since I already did a blog post on a cute running outfit I figured I could talk a little bit about my own fitness goals, and update you guys on how I’ve been doing. Which… Isn’t that great. I’ve been so busy with school that I haven’t even been getting in regular yoga sessions. That was bad enough until Halloween came around, and before and now, there’s an abundance of candy that’s very cheap. 

Diets, are hard and while I’m mostly trying to get in shape for myself I also have to do it for my modeling “career”. While the industry is more lenient than in past years it still isn’t good to be pudgy. And even if it were I wouldn’t be happy with myself looking that way. So I’ve got to change,

First up is eating healthier. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I’m already not eating fast food, but I do eat a lot of junk food. In addition to that I want to start doing morning runs and daily yoga.

  1. Best of luck in your fit-tastic pursuits! I'm definitely right there with you trying to get back into the habit of morning runs, best way to kick start your day. I've found that podcasts really help me by not only distracting me while I run but also giving me a little extra motivation to get out the door simply because I want to hear my next episode. Might be worth a try. 😉
