Valentia Night Revive Retinol Serum Review

We’re just getting into October, I know for a lot of people this is their favorite month of the year for a few different reasons, like the upcoming Halloween, school fall breaks, and of course the start of cooler weather. Since I shared with you guys an autumn outfit (featuring Cuddl Duds), I thought now I could talk to you guys about skincare. Particularly this new Valentia Night Revive Retinol Serum that I’ve been trying out!

Like (almost) always lets start out with the packaging and shipping before I get into the details about how this serum actually works. You can easily order it off of Amazon, where you get free shipping if you have a prime membership. Inside the shipping box it comes in the trademark Valentia box that’s white with gold accents and black lettering. The bottle inside of that is a medium brown glass and has a dropper dispenser and the sticker matching the Valentia box around the middle. From the outside this Night Revive Retinol Serum actually looks very similar to the Valentia Pure Glow Moisturizer and True Glow Eye Cream both of which I previously reviewed and liked a lot. So as you can imagine I did have high hopes for this retinol serum but was a little curious how it’d be different than the other Valentia products I’ve tried out.

Verdict: This serum is made to diminish wrinkles, stimulate collagen production, improve skin tone, and manage break outs all while moisturizing your skin to make it feel amazing. It does this with natural ingredients like essential vitamins (like vitamin C and vitamin E) as well as retinol, and personally I think it’s nice having a sort of all in one serum instead of having to apply different ones. I use it every other night, and after a week noticed wonderful differences. My skin has had less breakouts and looks and feels so much healthier. And that’s for $35 at 1.8 oz much cheaper than your typical anti-aging high end product, although a bit above what I like to pay.

Luxury Packaging
Fast Results
Can be a bit expensive.
