My Thoughts: I previously hadn’t heard of the IBS elimination diet but as you probably know I’ve very much into food and have gotten more into eating health. When I requested this book for review from the publisher I originally thought it would be a traditional cookbook (like The Book of Greens, Book Review ) but realized as soon as I began to look through it it was mostly a guide book with a few recipes. This book really is for someone looking to do a full time IBS elimination diet not someone just looking to add a few meals that follow the rules to their weekly meal plan.
