My Thoughts: I absolutely love cookbooks and learning about new diets so when I was offered the chance to review The Keto Reset diet of course I said yes. But of course all opinions are my own! Starting out I love that this book comes as a sturdy hardback so I can feel safe taking it to the kitchen. While I had thought it would be just a recipe book I was impressed with all the information it had in it. It was easy to understand and really helpful in learning about the diet. Of course there are still recipes and they’re fantastic.
