Fitness any Time of Month

I’ve been in and out of the “fitness mode” for a while now. For me that consists of both exercising and eating healthy and I’d like to say I’ve been good about it but truthfully I’m not always. Whenever I’m stressed or it’s a certain time of the month I start coming up with excuses. Like I can’t go out for a run, or I’ll just eat have a bag of Cheetos kind of excuses. Playing Escape Room the Game at Home

Happy Thanksgiving! Hopefully you’ve had a good break from school/work and fun hanging out with your friends and family. For me it was time especially needed, with all the recent stress I’ve been having. One fun thing that I did was play Escape Room the Game with my friends the day before break to unwind from a very big project and celebrate the upcoming holiday (although unfortunately not the end of the semester). I’d actually gone to a place and played Escape the Room as had one of my friends but most of them were new to it. Starting out we were a little worried that it’d be a bit to complicated for a relaxing game night, but everyone ended up enjoying themselves. It really does bring all of the fun and excitement from Escape the Room into a compact version for playing at home (or in your dorm room)! It is finally October, which means I can start wearing all kinds of fall/autumn and winter clothing! Summer is in full swing, and the weather has been fantastic. So I’m sure like a lot of people you’re heading out to do all kinds of activities specifically for summer. I can think of a ton of things that I’ve done this summer or have on my list to do before the warm weather turns cold. After seeing so many different things about it on social media (especially instagram) I’ve been especially excited about Lollapalooza in Chicago. Valentines Day is done and February is almost over so I’m starting to think about gardening.
